McKinney, TX (August 29, 2011) – Developing Solutions, Inc. announced that the final release of dsTest v1.3 software is now available. This release brings many new applications and feature enhancements to the dsTest platform. As Developing Solutions® continues to focus our efforts on testing the mobile packet core, dsTest has become the standard for performance testing and device emulation of Subscriber Management, Policy & Charging Control (PCC), and Short Message Service (SMS) network elements.

dsTest 1.3 gives users the ability for control plane testing of the SGW, PGW, GGSN, and SGSN. Our SmartFlow™ application introduces the ability to create GTP-Cv1/v2 state machines and use them in combination with PCC interface applications to test gateway elements in the mobile packet core,” said John Minnis, founder of Developing Solutions. “Users can also take advantage of the new SmartEvents™ feature to trigger network-initiated events from our PCRF emulator and validate the resulting GTP-C signaling.”

About dsTest

dsTest focuses on the Subscriber Management, PCC, and SMS interfaces in the mobile packet core network. Our Interface applications can validate the stability and performance of network elements, and our HSS, PCRF, and Charging server emulators can be passive or active participants in the lab, and enable lab network administrators to quickly and easily configure subscriber and policy settings.

dsTest scales to support more than 100 million subscribers and hundred of thousands of transactions per second from a single server.
