Cell ID  <cell_id> 

This Cell ID is used for specifiying a new Cell ID on actions that may require a Cell ID change.

Cell ID, a 16-bit identifier set by the network operator, uniquely identifies a cell within a BSS, UTRAN, or E-UTRAN and is a component of the Cell Global Identification.
