Secondary Diameter Interface  <diameter_secondary> 

Defines a secondary Diameter network interface
Reference: RFC 6733
All parameters not specified (not allowed, or provided) here, are inherited from the primary Diameter Interface for this node. Secondary interfaces are ONLY applicable to client side applications, and are not considered by server side applications except for the TDF Sd application. For redundant connections, client nodes use the Diameter and Diameter_Secondary configurations and server nodes use multiple diameter interfaces (diameter_secondary is not supported on server nodes except for the TDF). The server node will respond on the interface on which it receives a request.
