TCP Encapsulated Pass Thru  <tcp_pass_thru> 

Enables pass thru of non-IP data, which is encapsulated in TCP from the application.
Creates server side socket on port 55555, waiting for client connections. TCP Client IP address MUST match a registered subscriber/session IP address. Only the TCP payload (not TCP/IP header)
