Resend Requests on failure to deliver  <request_resend>

Indicates if requests sent on a redundant interface should be resent via the mate on a failure to deliver.
Reference: RFC 6733
The default behavior when redundant interfaces are configured is to retain a copy of each request until the response is received. This way, when an interface fails or a packet is rejected as 'Unable to Deliver', the client can resend this request via the other interface of a redundant pair. This has an impact on performance, and in situations where the intent is not for the test to survive interface/routing failures this function can be disabled. If this function is disabled, the only change in behavior is that in the event of a failure to deliver, the transaction is simply failed rather than attempting to send the request again.
