APN Restriction IE  <apn_restriction> 

Indicates the APN restriction imposed on a PDP context.
Reference: 3GPP TS 29.060
When sent to the SGSN, the value represents the restriction imposed upon a specific PDP context. When sent to the GGSN, the value represents the highest level of restriction among all of the PDP contexts associated with a subscriber.
