SNOW 3G Integrity Support  <snow_3g_integrity_support> 

Determines if the UE will advertise support for SNOW 3G integrity protection. The priority attribute can be used by the server side (MME/AMF) to prioritize the algorithm that's selected. Zero (0) is the highest priority.
