Bearer Offset  <bearer_offset> 

Indicates the bearer identifier that this service will be associated with.

For the PCEF, this value is added to a fixed base value (currently 5). For the PCRF, this value is added to the default bearer identifier that is received in the IP-CAN Initial CCR.

Gx:

  Used to calculate the value that's sent within the Bearer-Identifier AVP.

Gx:

  Affects value of Bearer-Identifier in: Charging-Rule-Install
